the hotel has charm and a boutique old west feel. This was a unique place! This is small old-school Las Vegas Casino parlor from the pre 1960’s with small attached hotel. At first I was a little bit hesitant to book it. I’ve been to Vegas enough to know about his funky little offf-strip casino hotels far out from the city, but I’ve never stayed at one. Las Vegas hotel rates were absurd that weekend, so I quickly searched for surrounding areas and found this place out in Henderson, about 15-20 miles east of the strip heading out toward Hoover Dam.
I came across this hotel after arriving in Las Vegas late at night on my way home to the East Coast from Hawaii with a Las Vegas stopover for a couple days.
